The importance of recruitment at the top of the organisation cannot be under-estimated as it impacts the culture and trajectory of the whole school. Recruitment in the 21st century needs to change to ensure the pool of talent applying is a wide as possible. This session looks at job descriptions and person specifications and how a badly chosen word can create a barrier to the best talent in the marketplace.
